Return Process:

1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

   • To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@everlightmemorials.com to request an RMA number.

2. Prepare Your Return:

   • Once you have received your RMA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the package.

3. Ship the Product:

   • Return the product to us at the address provided when you receive your RMA number. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Refund:

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process.
